The band Spring Break performed at our Fireball back in February and our guests all had a great night. They are very popular and are sold out wherever they are playing. So, we are thrilled to have them performing for World Mercy Fund on Friday 14th November at Suite 54 in Blackrock Village.
The night will be about listening and, more likely, dancing to the great 80's tunes of this excellent band, enjoying some time with friends over a couple of drinks and knowing that the money raised on the night will go directly to a worthy cause.
Spring Break will be playing from 9.30 to 11.30pm but we will be welcoming you at the door from 8.30 pm.
All the money raised on the night will go directly to World Mercy Fund towards the following project:
Sister Augusta is the leader of this community based project which aims at empowering the women of Kalembo (Malawi), by helping them to become more self sufficient and to support themselves and their children some of whom are disabled. The money raised will be used for drilling boreholes to get safe water, to supply maize seeds, to organise sensitization community meetings and to help with the renovation of class blocks.
