NINTH ANNUAL FIREBALL, FRIDAY 20TH FEBRUARY, 2009 IN AID OF WORLD MERCY FUND

The Ninth Annual Fireball in aid of World Mercy Fund will take place in The Shelbourne Hotel, 27 St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2 on Friday 20th February, 2009.

World Mercy Fund is hosting this event once again and the organising committee is comprised of young voluntary professionals. The Fireball has established itself on the social calendar and has been a sell out every year since its inauguration in February 2000.

Last year the evening was a huge success, raising over €35,000 for Development projects in Africa and India. This year again the evening will be a night of great entertainment.

This Black-tie ball features a private cocktail reception, a delightful dinner with an enticing array of dishes and wine - from our sponsor CASILLERO DEL DIABLO- and dancing to tunes from 80’s tribute band "Spring Break" and DJ. Laura Woods, TV/Radio presenter with RTE will be the MC on the night.

Guests will be able to enter the raffle for a chance to win one of our many fantastic prizes. An auction full of exceptional items will also take place before the dancing begins.

Monies raised from the Fireball will go towards funding two or three small Community Development Projects supported by the World Mercy Fund throughout the world.

You can either buy an individual ticket or get a table for you and your friends (table of 10 or 12)

  2. Drop down button project: Fireball ticket 09 or Fireball Table 09
  3. Type relevant amount ( €150 a ticket - €1500 a table of 10 -€1800 a table of 12)
  4. Add Comment: If you buy more than one ticket, please put number of tickets & names or the Table host name (ex: Stephanie Taranne’s table)
  5. Click Add
  6. You will then be asked for your credit card details and you can process with your payment

When the payment has gone through and closer to the date we will send you the tickets by post or email.
